Antigua and Barbuda citizenship costs have risen from July 1, 2024 | North Immigration

To obtain citizenship by investment in Antigua and Barbuda, the first step is to engage a licensed agent appointed by the government. Investors are required to apply through these agents, as self-application or using unauthorized agents is not permitted.

Once connected, investors can opt for one of the following:

    • A minimum donation of $230,000 to the National Development Fund.
    • A contribution of at least $260,000 to the University of the West Indies Fund.
    • Purchase of government-approved real estate starting at $300,000.

The licensed agent will guide you through the paperwork, application, fees, and all the necessary steps. They submit the documents to the Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Unit on your behalf. The process typically takes 6-12 months.

After approval, the investor completes the required investment, receives their Antigua and Barbuda passport, and takes the oath of allegiance. Click here to learn more about the legal steps for obtaining a Caribbean passport
